This is the Web site of the Welcome Beach Community Association in Halfmoon Bay, British Columbia [see Google map]. The WBCA is a nonprofit association incorporated under the Society Act of the Province of B.C. We plan and run a large number of social events throughout the year and support a variety of causes that benefit the community we serve.
